Hardware Options for Flat Laser Cutting Systems
Every Cutlite Penta laser cutting machine can be equipped with a number of hardware solutions, in order to perform even the most complex processes. Thanks to a wide range of hardware, a laser system can be configured and customized according to your needs.
Focusing Head with focal length lens, with surface follower device (Hold-Down). Adjustable focus within 80mm from working table; low pressure functioning of shielding gas.
The CP systems use a self-focusing cutting head with noncontact capacitive sensor. The head itself and the focusing lenses can be used up to a pressure of 20 bar. The assisting gas is automatically selected from 3 different connectable gases: air, nitrogen and oxygen whose assisting pressures are determined automatically on the basis of cutting parameters and materials.
The head is fitted with an extractable drawer for quick focal changeover. CP Scan – Galvo Head
Galvo head is used for the rapid creation of logos, designs, coding information, etc., on the dieboard for identification purposes.

Hold-Down Foot Plate
The foot-plate system is equipped with an electronic sensor that can detect any differences in thickness or deformation of the wood sheet, thus preventing contact with the material being cut (and avoiding uneven cuts at different points).
The option “CP-Clamps” has been designed to allow fast & safe dieboard positioning, avoiding any mistake. It allows switching dieboard thicknesses with no manual changing.
Located on X and Y axes with multiple pneumatic units the option has been designed taking common sizes into consideration.
The “CP-Load” is the best ally for every diemaker. This option features a skating assist load roller that makes the loading & unloading of dieboard easy, precise and safe.
Vision system (CCD camera) for recognition of positional references (fiducial marks) for automatic position correction (offset and rotation) on the workpiece.
